Yeah IDK about that, I was hitting in the cage the other day and it was pretty ugly. I was getting frustrated and my 13 year old daughter said "Dad you're dropping your back shoulder and collapsing your backside". Needless to say I was fixed in a couple of minutes

I had to watch dropping my shoulder constantly. Especially if I had a little power surge.

Believe that was most of my problem, I had both my 13 year old daughter and my 6 year old son there watching and I was over-swinging and trying to show out a bit.

Deshields has played well since he came back up. That is why the Rangers need to verify that Choo is actually ready this time and won't get hurt again before bringing him up. Don't want to see any more musical chairs with the roster.

Last time I went to the cages I did better than I thought I would but I also walked away with pretty serious blisters. Will have to get some gloves before I go again.

I'd like to find one that throws 90-95 mph, just so I can say I tried it. Pretty sure I wouldn't hit it at all. Probably couldn't even bunt it.
