Another person teams were looking at in Garrett Richards had to be taken out of the game while pitching to Nelson Cruz.

They are 5 games behind Oakland going into tonight for the last WC spot so they are but there was talk he might be available. It is surprising they are just 1 game over .500 but Scioscia's teams seem to play below their potential. That might be a bit of a stretch.
Aren’t the angels still competitive?
Other good news
JA happ of the blow jays has pitched 2 really crappy starts in a row.
I saw that wrong. They are actually 11 games behind Seattle for the last spot. Seattle and NY currently hold the 2 WC spots. The Indians have the worst BP ERA in the AL. I was looking to see what they have in the minors that we could trade for. Here is a link that makes it easy to see info about each player.

Austin Jackson DFAed.
I was about to blow a gasket on his AB that he hit a double. Two guys on and first 2 pitches were balls. Then he swung and missed on a pitch high out of the zone and then on one low and out of the zone. Fortunately he was given a pitch he could hit and I will give him credit he hit it. But his approach overall on that AB was not a good one.
Looks like patience wearing thin on Gallo especially with 2 strike approach. Did well yesterday but a trip to minors possible as other players need to be seen this year
That would be interesting with him going back to the Indians. He is playing some of his best ball for us right now.And they could Choo as well. Hopefully there can be a fit
I also don't expect Choo to pinch hit while the streak is alive.
I can see where you are coming from on this but he might if it meant raising Choo's interest from some teams. It could be coming from a higher authority if you know what I mean.I can't imagine Banister taking this into consideration. He's always talking about 'never give up' and playing to win every time out.
