Sir Robin Of Camelot
You seem angry. Miserable, even.
Dane Dunning has no intention of returning to the bullpen.
And we once thought he was a relief pitcher.Dane is back in the top 10 in ERA.
Yeah, I don't think that's even a possibility at this point. With everybody healthy, he's probably still the #2 starter, maybe #3 if Scherzer regains form. Dude is a stud.Dane Dunning has no intention of returning to the bullpen.
Sounds about right. Also wonder how soon we'll start seeing guys like Heaney/Perez transition to the pen.I’d say the rotation is pretty well set once healthy (in no particular order):
Eovaldi
Scherzer
Dunning
Montgomery
Gray (unless he continues to struggle and Heaney goes on a tear)
11 innings with 1 earned run given up with KC.
That thought should never have occurred. He has done well in both roles but overall he has been one of our better starters.Dane Dunning has no intention of returning to the bullpen.
Not sure how management was so blind how they handled Ragans. From the very beginning I thought he should keep starting at AAA. As a reliever he failed miserably. As a starter he did very well in spring training and when he was sent down.
Just be glad he’s pitching for a bad team who won’t be good for a long time. Not sure how management was so blind how they handled Ragans. Maybe we can sign him as a free agent toward the end of the decade.Just be glad he’s pitching for a bad team who won’t be good for a long time.
