OPS is one even though he should be ahead of Cabrera and IKF (east coast votes)but I think the other issue is many don't think of him as a 3b candidate. I haven't looked at the ballots but would he have to be a write in vote? But he deserves to be there in some capacity.

Foscue with a HR tonight for Round Rock.

Foscue will be coming up soon and they will have a really tough decision to make with him, Duran and Smith. we can only keep 2 and Smith is a no-brainer to stay and i want to see Foscue up with the team the rest of this season and all of next so Duran should be part of a package at the trade deadline

that's fine as a short-term fix but doesn't address the long-term situation of being overloaded with the 3

again, short-term fixes one of which is contingent on Carter's healthy return which i can agree on but in the long-term we have other needs that a trade of 1 or maybe 2 of them could provide those needs

Duran can play IF and OF. Agree with keeping Smith of course but Duran needs to stay and they will have to find someone else if they bring Foscue up.
