I think we were convinced that had happened when they won 4 in a row, but it was only tenporariy. I guess we will see if this is different.

I believe the Rangers would need to go 8-4 at minimum over these next games before the break to convince management to not bail on this season. Privately I'm sure '25 is already the focus.

I mentioned on Twitter yesterday that it would take 12 pr 13 of the next 15 going through the first weekend after the break. I am thinking they would have to be only 6 out and in second place in the division, or 4 back in the wildcard race with only a couple of teams in front of them. Unless both Seattle and Houston fall apart. I can not see that happening.

Former Rangers Prospect Update

Justin Slaten - He is having a great year for Boston so far.

Hans Crouse - He hasn't been scored on in 4 outings for the Angels thus far.

Tyler Phillips - he is still in the minors and still struggling.

Ricky Vanasco - He is doing fine and even got in an appearance for the Dodgers once this year.

Mason Englert - He is back on the minors where he belongs and is doing well in relief.

Tekoah Roby - He has struggled in AA in a very limited number of appearances.

Thomas Saggese - He has struggled this year at AAA, but he is only 22.

Luisangel Acuna - Like Saggese, he has struggled as a 22 year-old at AAA, but since June 7, he has hit .345.

Kohl Drake has been one of our pitching prospect bright spots this year. He pitches for Hickory this evening. This will be his second start since being promoted. His first start went very well.
