No More "Bullpen Failure"
We have so many guys who tend to get hurt a lot. It appears Jung, Seager and Carter are among tje position players.
It is worse than 2014, at this point. These injuries are getting ridiculous.
Some injuries like Jung getting hit by a pitch are unavoidable but pulled hamstrings and similar type muscle pulls can be attributed to the conditioning coach and how well the players prepare for a long season. Then again some players are built a certain way that makes them vulnerable to injury. We have so many guys who tend to get hurt a lot. He will need more that a day. Who does he think he is kidding. From Jeff Wilson:
However, manager Bruce Bochy said afterward that the Rangers were just being cautious with their All-Star shortstop, who was diagnosed with left hamstring tightness.
"We'll see where we're at after the day off," Bochy said. "We don't think it's anything serious. He might need a day."
Bochy said that Seager would not have an MRI exam.
Yes and I put the blame on whose constructing the team. CY and or Bochy. There is also dead wood in the lineup. There’s not much hope of scoring runs when you have Taveras, Grossman and Kninzer in the lineup.
