If the Rangers trade for 2 starters and move both Lerez and Heaney to the pen and Speas does well in the pen, then who of the relievers below, is shown the door if they trade for a relief pitcher?

It seems to me that they will only trade for one starter and one reliever. If they need to replace both Martin and Heaney then Bradford seems to be the obvious choice to replace one of them.

He's been very good lately.
Right now he's the guy in the bullpen I trust the most after Smith and Chapman.

Sorry like Bradford but I think they bring in2 starters and 2 relievers and Bradford goes down to AAA.

They could very well do that for depth purposes, but unless both of those relievers are closer material then I don't think the second best guy gives us any upgrade over Bradford. Depth-wise I can see it though. I just don't think it improves our pen.

And, I think Bochy really likes having Bradford being able to make scheduled spot starts.
