I think we tend to grossly overvalue our ability to place a correct valuation on players so quickly.
That is an understatement. Grass is always greener down at AA/AAA.

True, but I was referring to guys who have made it to the big leagues already, in both positive and negative valuations.

hearing that this is based on an injury to CJ Cron in part.
Neto was originally called up on May 5th when David Fletcher was not performing. He’s had a couple injuries since then He’s a 2022 draftee.

From Scott Lucas:

Owen White's basic stats were no better than last week, but some of the velocity and all of the rise on his four-seamer returned. Last week's average speed of 91.9 increased to 93.8, and the median drop decreased three inches to the usual level. (There's also a possibility that some of last week's so-called four-seamers were really miscategorized sinkers; Statcast isn't infallible.) His didn't miss any bats with it, instead depending as usual on on the slider and cutter most of his swinging strikes.

I wonder if the excessive heat has affected anyone new to Frisco this year. That is, if they haven't played in a climate like this before.

I can't imagine anyone having played in this type of heat before I mean we have had 100 degree days but to have so many days from 105-110 is rough. I was thinking yesterday how nice it is that we an indoor stadium. If we didn't I don't think we have a number of the players who signed with us or agreed to be traded here.
