When a .220 hitter goes 4-4 with 4 RBI’s and his first homer and Greene with an ERA at 4.5 pitches 1 hit ball. One of those kind of days
The team needs to hit the batting cage.

What?Wonder if they send Davis has pulled ahead of Zeke. Maybe bring Crim up at some point and and Zeke down for everday ABs
Unless they bench Taveras none of what they do with Duran, Wendzel and Crim matters. If Taveras isn't benched until Jung gets back, then it won't matter at all.Wonder if they send Davis has pulled ahead of Zeke. Maybe bring Crim up at some point and and Zeke down for everday ABs
Amen. This offense is the pits and tough to watch.Too little too late for the offense. That ninth inning offense needs to show up a whole lot more often. We have had multiple starting pitching injuries. We have had a couple of hiccups with the pen. The biggest problem though, had been our offense. Where would this team be without Josh Smith and the pitching?
Crim hasn't done well overall at AAA. I would like Davis at DH, Smith 3b and Langford in the OF along with Carter and Garcia.Wonder if they send Davis has pulled ahead of Zeke. Maybe bring Crim up at some point and and Zeke down for everday ABs
Crim has done great overall at AAA. He just hasn't done well in April of 2024.Crim hasn't done well overall at AAA. I would like Davis at DH, Smith 3b and Langford in the OF along with Carter and Garcia.
My bad on using the term "overall." I was just speaking of now. I was trying to move Leody out by putting Wendzel in. Davis does play multiple IF positions and Smith has played IF and OF positions. Crim does limit us as he really has been used just at 1B but has been a much better hitter "overall" that Davis. Crim would get very little playing time but could get time at DH. But when Jung comes back then that becomes an issue.Crim has done great overall at AAA. He just hasn't done well in April of 2024.
Even with Crim's bad month, his 2024 OPS is almost exactly the same as Wendzel's overall AAA OPS.
Davis is a much more versatile fielder than Crim, but Crim is a true 1B and would be our only bench player to fit that description.
I am tbinking of a balanced bench with door starts. Davis is more versatile than CrimCrim hasn't done well overall at AAA. I would like Davis at DH, Smith 3b and Langford in the OF along with Carter and Garcia.
Hopefully Traveras goes down before any decisions are made before Jung comes back.I am tbinking of a balanced bench with door starts. Davis is more versatile than Crim
But if Zeke goes to AAA then Crim is RHB who can give Lowe a break
If Zeke can figure out how to hit the breaking stuff then maybe he is a good fillin fit extended in case of injury
