I would think at this point if they had zero interest in him for next year they would release him. I think Woodward is trying to win games though so I guess he feels this is their best shot. Trying to develop a winning attitude and habit. Otherwise not sure

Hopefully Forsythe moves on. We need to focus on looking at Solak and White etc instead of cluttering up the line with him and others

It makes me think that they’re still committed to odor if they still care about his feelings. If you took a poll right now of every rangers fan, I doubt more than half of them would want Odor to start opening day 2nd base in 2020.

Probably not so much committed but know it will be damn hard to trade him this off season. Owners probably not in on us paying his salary to play somewhere else

Maybe the right amount of money offered would get it like 50% of each year's contract amount + the buyout for his option. Figure that comes to about 20M and Odor for a bag of batting practice balls. Seems like a good deal.

He will probably start the game by giving up 3-4 runs in the first 3-4 innings and then he will go 7 innings but it will be too much for this anemic offense
