I use SportsCenter app on my droid when I can't watch. It's pretty badass it shows where the pitches are landing and everything.

The D did him no favors, but they bailed him out in the 1st and the A's are making good contact routinely. through 2.

The reason why I have faith in Colby and not in Alexi is because Alexi hasn't done this before. Colby has. Colby has tough stretches but pulls out of them. He knows how to pull out of them. Alexi doesn't know how to do that yet.

Don't like the fact that Cahill is on the mound with a 3 run lead. That pudgy no talent fucker kills us.

I think Ogando has better stuff but he needs another pitch to add to his arsenal. Colby is right when he says velocity isn't everything, but when he hangs pitches out over the strike zone like he does, it doesn't matter how fast or slow the pitch is. I still think Ogando will be an effective starter next year. I can't say I would disagree with either of them being pulled from the rotation. At least Ogando has BP experience. Last thing we need is another reliever who gives up lots of HR's. We already have, well...the entire BP for that.

Colby or feldman will be pitching in October if were there. We will need a righty starter to go to. Ogando is done this year I think. He's just way too hitable right now until he adjusts. Can't be a starter with only two pitches.

At least they're making cahill throw some pitches. If ogando can limit the damage to three they should be able to get to their shaky bullpen.
