I bet there are more upsets in hockey in the playoffs than the other sports. IMO, the first round can be the most dangerous.

Probably more parity in the NHL than most sports too. Not a huge degree of difference between the #1 seed and the #8

Can't think of a time it happened not to say it hasn't. Like you said 43 the parity in the NHL makes the playoffs great.

I am wondering what you think. I suspect after a nonstop barrage of FU's and You need to play better that the players just tune him out now. Beginning of the season sure it will work in my mind but after 82 games I could imagine it gets old.

I just don't like some of the decisions he's making. Not rolling all 4 lines has never worked and he's been doing it the last few games, as well as only playing 5 D. Now putting Mitchell on the PP, the guy has no skill from what I've seen and is basically useless out there.

KK I thought you may disagree is all. I think Torts is a tool. All that whining he does wears on his team. You can see it in the actions of the players now. A full year of it and it is just a reaction now.

As far as rolling 4 lines well my team won the cup last year from doing the same thing. I wanted to kill Julien so many times but his system did work.
