BTW, I know this is the NFL forum, not the NBA, but since I never post in there, I thought it worthy to mention that it's a bit refreshing to see two small markets representing the 2025 NBA finals: Indianapolis and Oklahoma City are two of the smaller, if not smallest markets in the NBA. My guess is their respective cities and fan bases are ecstatic over the hype they'll be receiving in the next couple of weeks.
plus 1While I like the small market teams making the finals, the NBA sucks.
Agreed, I haven’t watched an NBA game in several years, it seems like all style and no substance. I enjoy college basketball but I don’t follow NBA. I really only follow 4 sports - NFL, MLB, college basketball and college football. But those 4 I follow very closely and am a die hard fan of.While I like the small market teams making the finals, the NBA sucks.
I watch little if any NBA during the regular season. But I have to confess I tend to get drawn in during the latter stages of the playoffs.Agreed, I haven’t watched an NBA game in several years, it seems like all style and no substance. The NBA is so much better than college ball these days. College ball is so poorly played these days. They try and use NBA analytics but they aren’t as talented. A hot shooting game in college is like 41-42% from the field. That’s a horrid shooting night in the NBA. The NBA have the best basketball players in the world. The regular season is hit or miss because of injury and rest. However, the playoffs is compelling basketball.Agreed, I haven’t watched an NBA game in several years, it seems like all style and no substance. I enjoy college basketball but I don’t follow NBA. It's nice to hear that the 'Sonics' are being appreciated and are doing well. (Hides).BTW, I know this is the NFL forum, not the NBA, but since I never post in there, I thought it worthy to mention that it's a bit refreshing to see two small markets representing the 2025 NBA finals: Indianapolis and Oklahoma City are two of the smaller, if not smallest markets in the NBA. who knew team basketball with seven guys in double digit scoring could have this kinda success in the playoffs? It's nice to hear that the 'Sonics' are being appreciated and are doing well. (Hides).
I love watching college ball in person and college basketball has never been worse imo. One of the people you are talking to is a Florida fan, though, so its pretty natural to be a fan when you have a high level team. My team, Mizzou, averaged 48.2% from the field so I'm not fully sure the 'no offense' thing is all that true in college anymore. The NBA is so much better than college ball these days. They’ll be fine. I saw Miles Sanders have a 1200 yard season behind that OL.Madden should have some heart.
Like WTF!

This is some bullshit!
On the other hand. It's nice to know Madden isnt a fan of the eagles!![]()
