Definitely Lawrence IMO. Prescott has won 2 playoff games and has put up very good numbers when healthy, I don’t see how he’s a disappointment at all. Herbert has been good in the regular season but hasn’t done anything in the playoffs, so somewhat disappointing but he’s still good. It’s between Murray and Lawrence out of those 4, and I think Murray has been better despite having not won a playoff game, Murray has had a slightly better career - part of it may be that Lawrence was so hyped up, he got more hype in college than any QB in recent memory and a lot was expected out of him, but other than one stretch in the 2022 season he hasn’t been that good. I won’t call him a bust yet as the Jags haven’t had a great cast around him, but he hasn’t been anywhere near as good as expected, maybe expectations were too high but he’s been a definite disappointment.
the only one not a first round pick....duh
Yeah, got to be Lawrence. He was viewed as the best prospect since Andrew Luck and if you want a QB that's career numbers stack up side by side with his...it's Daniel Jones lol.Definitely Lawrence IMO. So to sum up, I don’t even see how Prescott can be in the discussion, Herbert has been strong in the regular season he just needs to show up in the playoffs, I don’t see him as a disappointment, Murray and Lawrence, yeah they’ve been underwhelming but the nod goes to Lawrence, he’s had the weakest stats and given the expectations he’s been one of the most disappointing players in recent memory so far - he could still turn it around.
Yep, he was hyped up more than any other QB in recent memory and he’s only had one good season out of four.Yeah, got to be Lawrence. He was viewed as the best prospect since Andrew Luck and if you want a QB that's career numbers stack up side by side with his...it's Daniel Jones lol.
He’s washed
Buyer beware IMO.Is Jalen Ramsey worth trading for given the size of his contract? He seems vastly overrated to me.
Without seeing the specifics I'm going to say smart trade for Philly. I always said Howie is probably the best trader in the league. He doesn't fall in love with his players and will unload them as soon as he thinks they are better off without them. This was a really bad signing from day 1 IMO.
This one is a net loss. He was signed to a bunch of guaranteed dollars and never contributed much.Without seeing the specifics I'm going to say smart trade for Philly. Huh? Yes, the original signing was a disaster, but getting out of the contract after one year is pretty damn good. This one is a net loss. He was signed to a bunch of guaranteed dollars and never contributed much.
Agreed especially with the restructure. I was talking about the whole Huff situation.Huh? Yes, the original signing was a disaster, but getting out of the contract after one year is pretty damn good.
That's a little more of a hit than I would have thought they would have retained to unload him this early in the offseason. Interesting that SF was interested after drafting Williams but I guess they have lost some pass rushers recentlyHowie is a damn genius. This guy wasn't even playing by the playoffs, he was a total healthy scratch, he had fallen so deep in Fangio's dog house.
Now he is off the books and Philly only has to take on half his salary this season.
How the Huff trade is going over in Philly...
