Yeah we are in a rural area and never got many, the kids were driven to a more high volume area. Now we don't have any and I stopped buying candy a few years ago.

Neighborhood I grew up in we had to buy multiple bags but as we kids aged, the area became too expensive for younger couples with kids to afford and by HS, there were hardly any Halloweeners left. Made me sad for the kids since trick or treating was a highlight of youth for me.
