Pneumonia is one of those weird ass things to me.
With all the medical advances, we are helpless to this.

I think as long as you are intubated and treated correctly you likely survive right? I think many people do not realize they have it until too late.

Super iffy issue as @Schmoopy1000 mentioned. Sometimes you can pick up more ailments from your hospital stay too. Regardless definitely NOT good when a young and assumed healthy athlete contracts something like this.
