Bad look with zero upside.
A writer for one of the Bears local rags has suggested they go after Huff in free agency, assuming of course the Jets don't extend him. I think the Jets play a 3-4, whereas the Bears are 4-3. Wonder if this would make any difference for Huff.Pass Rush Win Rate in 2023 (Minimum 50% of snaps):
1. Myles Garrett - 27.5% #Browns
2. Micah Parsons - 25.1% #Cowboys
3. Aaron Donald - 22.5% #Rams
4. Nick Bosa - 22.4% #49ers
5. Bryce Huff - 21.6% #Jets
A lot of folks, including many on this board, thought the Bears overpaid for Sweat in trading their 2nd round pick for him, especially considering the Niners obtained the younger Chase Young for a 3rd rounder. I think the subsequent results speak for themselves. The trade was worth it.
kinda surprising since I assume Parsons & Donald get double held every play (not double teamed) without flags.Pass Rush Win Rate in 2023 (Minimum 50% of snaps):

I think he could make the Chargers dangerous, but have the Chargers waited to long to get a good coach? Are they about to miss their window now?
LOL, guess Georgia wanted it a weeeee bit more. Not the NFL but
That's a tough question. A lot of guys who are really good pass rushers in 4-3 can't adjust to 3-4. In 3-4, they have to be a little more passive and react to what the offense does and can't get off the ball as fast. At least, that's what Cliff Avril said in an interview earlier this year. I would assume some guys are just talented enough that it really doesn't matter much like Garrett and Parsons.A writer for one of the Bears local rags has suggested they go after Huff in free agency, assuming of course the Jets don't extend him.
