If youve played team sports at any level, then you can probably relate there was always a couple guys who had more talent than anyone else, but they were the least disciplined, they argued with players and coaches, and they treated practice like a joke.

They were the reason you won but they were also the reason the team lost. Because doing something for "the team" was a foreign concept.

What did Mike Singeltary say? "Dont need 'em."
'I want winners'

Probably my favorite coaching quote of the past couple decades.

And yes, all my high school Athletic's, and my college baseball team, %100 they all had those guys. They were the ones who won you the game, they were also the shitstsains that did dumb shit that cost you the game.
Can totally relate

Brock vs. Tua. current offensive weapons aside, who do you take in the long term?
That's a tough one. It's no secret that I've never been a big fan of Tua. I thought the Dolphins should have taken Herbert over him in the draft that year. I really think skill set wise it's just about a toss up. Purdy has a little bit better arm and Tua is a little bit more accurate. With that being the case, I'll take Purdy only because of Tua's concussion issues. I still think he's probably one concussion away from never playing football again.

Not a great debut for one of my favorite 'dark horse' RB candidates.

Step it up Rasheen Ali!

So what have we learned so far this offseason ?
The Aiyuk saga continues, although it's now clear it's not just about the $ or he'd be wearing a Pat's uniform.
Other WR's are in hold-in mode as well. Lamb and Cooper specifically.
Jerry's lost his mind stating 'there's no rush to extend Lamb'.
The top 2 rookie QB's appear to be the real deal.
Backfields. for the most part, are pretty much set (barring injuries).
Still no answers on who will be QB 1 in LV, NE, PIT, MIN or DEN.
Several WR 3 still undecided. ....

Bowers, Sinnott looked good in their debuts, no targets for JaTavion Sanders seems odd unless he's hurt but not officially injured
