This falls under: "I told ya so, dumbass!" This douche never grew-up and now he is on the outside lookin' in. Should have kept his piehole shut and get one of the remaining chances at a ring. If the Rams have a rashin' of injuries at the WR spot, I wonder if the Rams will reach-out hoping for a mea culpa. May be little man will learn his lesson. Nah, I doubt it. For now, dude is out of football. Sad part for the Rams is they have to eat any guaranteed monies remaining on the one year deal.

BTW, Jonah Williams got snapped-up by the Vikings and Zac Taylor tried to scoop him up as well. Nope goes to the Vikings by virtue of a lower W-L record. Another player the Rams let go and they didn't have to. Too late, gone now.

To fill out the PS after all of the roster moves the Rams signed a WR and another smallish RB. It is official: McSnead just can't help themselves. They don't like big bruiser backs. They like these little Mike Garrett type scat-backs as they were called back-in-the-day. That is a reference dating back to the other KC Chiefs Snooperbowl with Hank Stram as HC in the 70's and a short, small, stocky RB named Mike Garrett who could hide behind big O-lineman.

McSnead have as much aversion toward big bruiser RBs as they do about drafting O-lineman before the fourth round. This is just unbeliveable and Nick Ralston is still available. Noooo. Can't sign him. Too big at 6-1 240lbs. Now we have two smallish RBs on the PS: Javian Hawkins, 5-9 196lbs and Mekhi Sargent, 5-8 209lbs. We had even more with Otis Anderson Jr. and Justin Davis. WE had TG. He was 6-2 about 230lbs. WTH?

However, since the excellent play of rook Skowronek, we signed Warren Jackson who is a whopping 6-6, 220lbs. Apparently McVay is beginning to love big, taller, receivers who are fast after going through midget, fast WRs like Atwell and Jackson.

Maybe McSnead have a valid point. Here is the halfway-through-the-2021-season grades for the First Round selections of the NFL teams. Not very many A's and B's. A lot of C's through F's. Looks like the value players are in the 3rd through 7th rounds according to this article. You can come to your own conclusions.

Matthew Stafford is top 2 in QBR vs. both Man and Zone coverage. No other QB in the league is top 7 in both.

Yep, the reason Williams failed his physical is the Vikings found an undiagnosed and obviously untreated hernia. So Jonah doesn't clear waivers and he remains the property of the Rams. Maybe he'll get put on IR/shorterm and maybe not.

Looks like Joseph-Day needs surgery on his pec... Will be out a while, if not the rest of the season. :gaah:

Once again, the Rams should stay clear of this problem-child. They just went through this crap with Jackson and this article mostly agrees but they leave the door open. Nobody wants this pain-in-the-ass. He needs to go be homeless and discover his poo does have an odor afterall.

Well this means that Brown, Gaines, and A-Rob will all see lots of D snaps in the future. Yep. SJD's season is pretty much done. He may or may not be back for the post-season. We shall see.

Bsd news for Rams and SJD, guy is pretty damn good run defender. Good news is that the young guys get more experience to develop. Hopefully he can be back for the playoffs

McVay couldn’t get Jackson enough plays to keep him happy.

No way Beckham would be happy with this offense. Recipe for disaster.
