That is exactly what was happening. Did you notice that the team took an accelerated path to even a worse condition when Snisher got rid of the leaders such as C. Long, and J. Laurinaitus even though their careers were not going anywhere because of injuries and this losing mentality culture being fostered by the FO? This may not have been the whole story but it certainly contributed to many players blowing off the off-season!!

I wonder how many players actually thought that by moving from St. Louis to Los Angeles was magically going to make them a Super Bowl contender overnight.

Kyle Juszczyk is re-invigorating the FB position and he is going to be a FA. Perhaps we should look into going after him because he is having a damn good game. He is a big dude at 6'1, 245lbs. Imagine a backfield of Gurely and this guy.

Richie has been great in his two years with the Bills since his return, with no issues whatsoever.
