Yea apparently he is a squatty dude, 6'1, 250 lbs and has been characterized as a demon of a pass rusher. So I guess they have a bunch of pass rushers. It just doesn't make a lot of sense but somebody wanted him and the Rams took him.

You are right. There are probably a handful of people in the NFL that can evaluate talent the old-fashioned way and many of those dudes are retired. So it is back to bullshit-against-a-wall approach and see what sticks. What many do today is watch tape and that is it. well shit that ain't gonna cut it.
Yeah, it’s all about analytics these days Retro.

And, every teams analytics and how they interpret them is different.

It’s very different, but it’s not like teams didn’t screw up drafting using the old way either.

Stewart is apparently good against the run, which makes me feel a little better about the pick

Well, time to get ready for the Lakers game. Can juggle the game and the draft, but not both and posting lol.
Yeah, this was me yesterday flipping them both and the LA Kings....

I guess with that pick it's the end of Corum with the Rams?
Or does it mean the Kyren won't get the big payday from us?

Ok Retro, you were right.

These guys have lost their mind.

The year after losing Holmes was a bad draft, and this one after losing Gladstone is the same ( save the early trade ).

Why in the hell did the Rams need another small RB? They just took Corum last year and barely played him.

And now you are going to trade up to draft another small RB that will barely play when there are way more pressing needs for the team like , I don’t know, a freaking linebacker.

Unbelievable! McVay just can’t help himself with these midget RB’s.

Crap, I sound like SJ.

Where is that guy anyway?
Junkie's mostly posting on the H Nat site, but he's doing the Dad thing and living large with his Petro job.

Last we spoke, we both were at the Minny game last year in LA. He wanted to meet up to tailgate in the Purple lot, but I got there late due to work since it was the TNF game. I think he said he was sitting with his customers in the Bungalows near the field. Now we have pretty decent Season tickets sitting in the 200's but it's nowhere near as nice as those seats in the Bungalows!

It's also weird that we traded up to make that pick. McSnead must've really liked him.

Vita

You and I are fans of the same teams except baseball.
Yeah, that late 3rd period was a disaster for the Kings!

How do you review a play that's already been reviewed just to give up a PP, and the go-ahead game winning goal just seconds into the PP?

There's not just the Doh, but the Double Doh!

McShitferBrains can't wean himself off these midget backs and he doesn't use the players he does have very well. The fiasco with Atwell both times and now ShitferBrains Snead ignoring ILB players like Stutsman and Kiser to go after yet another midget RB is simply insanity. Both of them do not know what the hell they are doing, and they effed-up yet another draft. I would wager this draft is going to be another 2019 Draft.

or Corum gets moved. He's too similar to Kyren, they needed a change of pace. I've seen Hunter compared to Tyjae Spears.
Corum is cheap, Kyren's proven.

But could it be those critical game changing fumbles Kyren had last year, coupled with the eminent new deal that makes him the odd man out Shops?

Are we going to see ANY attempt at a decent back-up OT, CB, or DT or are the ShitferBRains Twins just going to wing-it like they have done in past drafts??!!

I wouldn't be surprised to see the ShitferBrains Twins draft a kicker in the 6th or 7th Round.

Except for that trade to start the draft.

That still makes this draft a winner because they set themselves up to draft Stafford’s replacement.

Maybe, but we're also talking about 2 1000 yard seasons and about 30 tds. Corum proved nothing last year and barely got on the field.
