I love being disagreeable! I think it was the right move for the Rams. They actually gave up much less than they received in the blockbuster deal a few years ago - and moved up further in the draft.

The rams paid too much, but I can see why they made the move. They have been held back by futility at the QB position. They are pretty well set up otherwise, so a good QB could easily be the missing piece for them.

The Rams were analogous to the Broncos situation - great talent - no QB (the Broncos are much better) - The Rams should have been the ones to trade for Sanchez - as it could be a marketing factor from his USC roots - returned to mount one last charge at greatness. Instead - they make this ridiculous trade for the number one pick in the draft.

It feels good to be a Bronco fan.
