I know he is hated mostly for that he was a part of Patriots, but he drafted pretty well. He was fired 12 games into 2nd year, which was BS anyway.

He is too untrustworthy/unlikable, ect.

He was hired onto a team that had what looked like a franchise QB and 1.5 years later they had Tim Tebow.

This is a bad hire IMO. Vegas just got rid of a megalomaniac head coach....they didn't shouldn't have replaced him with another.

Josh is an outstanding offensive mind. Tebow turned out to be a bust, but he'd just won the Heisman and a National Championship. Evryone in Denverwas creming in their jeans when he was drafted.Go back a fe years when there was a huge debate over whows better, Peyton Manning or Ryan Leaf. Everyone is an expert after the fact.

If he takes the Raiders to the Super Bowl, the haters will still say he sucks, he cheated or he sold his soul to the devil.

IMO, he'll do okay and will be in LV for no less than 8 years. Mark my words, he'll have a winning record against the Broncos.

Oh I’m more laughing because in addition to that, he’s been the Broncos ST coordinator for the past few years and he’s one of the worst in the league.

McDaniels is a really good fit on the Raiders. You want him coaching your team but you dont want him building your team. The Raiders can already do the things he likes to do on offense.

Raiders just need depth on their roster. Oline and defense mostly. Maybe a deep threat WR. They have a QB, a top tier target, and a top pass rusher already in place. Thats like half of the heavy lifting already done.

Long-term the Raiders will fall apart and it will be McDaniels' fault. But the next two or three years he seems like the perfect guy.

You can learn and teach some things as a failed first time head coach that you use for your next job opportunity, you can’t teach to stop being an arrogant douchebag who thinks you’re gods gift to coaching and that’s just who McDaniels is.
