The Raidas have some serious issues starting with the owner who is apparently clueless on how to run a NFL franchise with any acumen. MD reminds me of the Queen Bitch that used to run the Rams into the ground on a yearly basis because she simply was in over her head and apparently giving head didn't help much either.

I am quite sure the Raidas will end-up with the number one overall pick in the draft at this rate, although there is some competition for that distinction.

Sad to see a once proud and very competitive franchise being perennially run into the ground with an idiot that has alot of money and little brains!!

Telesco was a good hire as GM....

Well that ship sailed. I don't think he would have wanted the Raiders job honestly. Tough division with already 3 great coaches for him to have to work against and no QB answer and the worst roster of the division. I think if he were to come back to the NFL it would be with a team that didn't need a complete rebuild.

He also is one that wants complete control of a situation. That is why the college game is perfect for him. He gets full say over every situation.
