Telesco could have received a 2nd rounder back if he ate some salary but I don't think he wanted to do that. Telesco is trying to get this team headed in ther right direction and I think he is doing a pretty solid job overall.....McDumbass fucked us up when we traded for Adams and then released Carr.....that is what really messed things up.

We were going in the right direction and then Gruden gets fired and replaced with McDumbass who fucked shit up by relesing Carr after we traded for Adams.....and then we replace him with AP.....after Biasaccia got let go.....he may have been the right guy for the job.

Rarely does an interim head coach that gets hired during the offseason to be the true head coach actually work out. How they coach during the interim is different than how they handle it once they have all the responsibility. AP went from a guy that players fought for to a guy many of the players now hate.

Yeah, I see that now.

I think the one exception to what you're saying is Biasaccia,,,,,he is an older guy who has been in the NFL (assistant) coaching ranks a while. AP started out coaching a HS powerhouse in CA at Long Beach Poly (2014-17).....then Herm Edwards got him to come to Arizona State (2018-21) and then he came to the Raiders in 2022.

Still very young in the coaching ranks. I think that has a lot to do with it.

Another bad loss, the Rams was a winnable game. AOC gets hurt and Minshew had his worst game of the season but I do not put all the blame on him. Getsy is a horrible OC, never should have been hired. He might be a decent position coach but he cannot call a good game at all.

AOC's injury apparently bad enough that we need a new QB.

Desmond Ridder signed off Arizona's practice squad, hope he does not see any action. He is horrible.

For the very first time ever I have Josh Jacobs on my fantasy team. Just couldn't feel good having a Raiders player on my team and having to cheer for their success. Feeling pretty darn good about that decision right now.

Well at least you have Fantasy football going for you then if the rest of your team isn't dog crap. I've been pretty fortunate this year of most of my players have stayed healthy and outperformed what many thought they would do. Only one not performing well is my 1st round pick in Lamb.
