The Browns playoff failure won’t come because of who they play. It will come because Flacco isn’t likely to see a bottom 10 pass defense in the playoffs the way he has the last 3 weeks.

And you absolutely need to have it. You have little else.

Not likely to see 4 in a row and winning 4 in a row is what’s needed to win a Super Bowl. Browns defense is worthy for sure when talking about a Super Bowl caliber unit.

Would be so annoying to drop this one and not clinch playoffs at home in a very winnable game. Need to just not read their press clippings as that often gets them in trouble.

5 seed is probably a good spot because it means a first round game against the AFC South team...or the Raiders if the Chiefs fall apart.

Seeing as how the division is likely out would think game vs. AFCS the best option.

Really need to avoid a letdown on TNF.......and this team often does not play so well when they get a ton of praise and are expected to win.

Guess the negative to this is IF we won it's a likely round 2 game in Bmore.

Really good chance the Chiefs and Bills play in the 3 v 6 round if you guys get the 5. If the Bills win, they'd play Baltimore Id imagine.

I think the NFC picture is becoming clearer - I think the 7 playoff teams will be the Niners, Lions, Eagles, Cowboys, Bucs, Rams and Seahawks. I think the Niners are still the best team in the NFC and they will likely have home field, behind them I would honestly consider the Lions and Rams to be the most dangerous, both of those teams are playing well and have very good offenses.

The AFC playoff picture is much more complicated but I think the Ravens and Dolphins are the best teams.

I think the NFC picture is becoming clearer - I think the 7 playoff teams will be the Niners, Lions, Eagles, Cowboys, Bucs, Rams and Seahawks. I think the Niners are still the best team in the NFC and they will likely have home field, behind them I would honestly consider the Lions and Rams to be the most dangerous, both of those teams are playing well and have very good offenses.

I like your take here, but I would add that I feel the Bills are a very dangerous dark horse. If they could quit turning the ball over they will be hard to beat IMO.

The Bills can still win that division. At Miami the final week. Miami needs the Ravens to have a letdown after their big win last night but I don't think Harbaugh will let that happen. The Ravens D could really nullify all that speed the Fins bring and make Tua's day miserable.

its also the Ravens "last" game of the season... if they win... they clinch the 1 seed... if they lose, they are no longer in control of their destiny... there is too much to play for on their end NOT to go all out... I am actually expecting a statement game by the Ravens... win by at least 2 scores...

Yeah, anything is possible but I think the Ravens handle the Phins and win going away. The Bills need to handle their own business and not look ahead. Then week 18 flex should be those 2 teams for the east title. It will be great if it works out that way.

AFC is wide open. Not an elite team in the whole conference. Take one of Cowboys, Eagles, or Niners and put them in the AFC and they’re the run away favorite to go to the Super Bowl.

Best he will do is own how foolish his Ravens without andrews comment was....he dug the hole too deep at this point to own how foolish his AFC/NFC comments have been.

I mean, none of those teams would run away with the AFC North (if they could even win the North) let alone the entire AFC.

No, I still stand behind it. I think those three teams would be considered top dog in the AFC playing 12 games of a 17 game schedule in the AFC.
