Both could have gotten greater media exposure and had options to sign with bigger market teams, but instead valued the working class.
In Monroe's case, it's especially refreshing to see it from a young man that's younger than me.
Monroe still has his share of flaws as a player and Milwaukee is not yet an elite team in the East in my eyes, but a solid big man (which he is) was the one missing link on a Bucks team with potential to win both now and in the future. I hope to get his jersey at some point during the winter...
