Update: Surgery was to remove "loose bodies" from the knee. He will be in camp.

the terms "knee surgery", "36 year old", "remove loose bodies" are never a good sign, i find. i'm sure it was a necessary procedure. i'm sure it was small by knee standards. but you always find that if you have loose bodies this year, you will have loose bodies again. the problem is less that they are there, but why they are there. i'd say the clock is ticking, and counting down, on mr. pronger. father time....

i try not to have any loose bodies.. they tend to cause issues a few months down the road..
