We do seem to focus on the guys who take forever to develop but lets not forget the Sergio Renders, Blake DeChristophers, Jaymes Brooks and Andre Millers who start their rFr and rSo years.

Brett Warren played at around 260 max.

It will be interesting to see what happens with Conte now that Acree is out, smart money is on Conte traveling and he could play this year if he is needed, but the coaches will hold out for a RS if they can IMO

He had aggravated an ankle a couple practices ago. Said he should be fine for the scrimmage

Just got an update, apparently Conte is showing very well so far in camp holding his own. He hasn't seen the first team defense but we have depth at DE he has seen. The coaches are impressed and he is sitting 3rd on the depth chart at left tackle. The plan is obviously to redshirt him but that is good news for 2013 and beyond.

Maybe he wears the blue jersey to limit his own contact so that the entire offense doesn't have to?

Someone supposedly landed awkwardly on it but he is a full go for practice today and the scrimmage tomorrow.

ok so ive been hearing different reports on the severity of DJ Coles' injury...

I saw his twitter saying that today was better, but he has to keep working hard. or something along those lines. certainly doesnt sound close to ready.

Also saw someone put online that he was wearing a supportive sleeve on his knee now, and not the brace like before.

So.. who has an update? And any idea how much of the season he will miss?

I don't think it is really known. He said if it keeps progressing as is, he will be back in time. Its hard to say though until its closer to the first game.

fractured hand could mean a lot of things i think, hopefully its something small, seems so since he will still play.
