Man, Matt Ryan might have the best supporting cast in the NFL.

...Maybe the Packers or Texans.

Tannehill has some really good acceleration, but he's throwing it too high. Naanee dropped a sure first down pass before the pick though.

One of my "overrated" propsects of 2011, Prince Amukamara, is injured again. Ankle. Haven't heard the results of the x-ray, but he was carted off.

Ok Eli is my top QB in the NFL right now. Dude must've started eating his Wheaties last year.

I was totally wrong yesterday about Kolb because I commented too early without seeing the picks, but I've been watching the Seattle game and I think, unless Wilson emplodes or Flynn explodes, Wilson should and will be the starter, unless Carrol is full of it. Actually, though I like Carrol (USC alumni) and know he's unconventional, those aren't mutually exclusive. Carrol could be serious about Wilson and full of it.

Looks like Wilson has shown that he deserves to start in Seattle. With a 16-0 lead and a TD pass to Winslow.

Kind of funny that so many "expert fans" said that the 49ers could never go wrong with Kolb or Flynn, but neither of them can distance themselves in their own bid to become starters.

That would just be astonishing - What did they play for GB Boy? $20m?

They paid about that yeah, so he is going to be an expensive backup, but wasn't his contract a lot like Alex Smith's in the sense that Seattle really isn't on the hook for the long-term? I thought that was one of the talking points NFL Network focused on when Seattle got Flynn.
