What are the odds that they go after Bo?

We all tend to focus on those two. Only blue hairs would know anyone different.
I just want Bo to field a disciplined team is all.
Is it too much to ask that a defensive guru (in his 5th year) have a defense that isn't 90th in the country against the rush, and 71st in scoring defense? The same guru that holds the Blackshirt tradition in contempt.
Is it too much to ask that the team be disciplined enough not to be 110th in turnover margin and 120th in fumbles lost?
To me it seems like it would have to be as good as any offer Bo could possibly expect.....
You'd be in the SEC, at a program that you definitely can succeed at as there is plenty of history there. Auburn really is a top-tier football program. Plus you have the rivalry with Alabama and all that.
Chizik was getting paid $3.5 million. Auburn never played a lick of Defense. They gotta be looking for someone who can bring some Defense.

I don't think Bo's going anywhere. The Ohio St jerb is filled for a while, and he seemed genuinely pleased with things after the game Friday.
Plus a senior qb and a favorable schedule for next year they could easily be title contenders.....
I do not see Nebraska winning a CCG in the next 5 years.
Therefore, I do not see Nebraska getting back to the elite (Top 5) in the next 5 years.
I see Bo Pelini as a defensive coordinator in the NFL in the next 5 years.
Y'all may not want to hear it, but Nebraska could very easily be (3-4) (0-3) right now.
They are a mere 4 pts away from it.

There are a few reasons Pelini is here. Among them is dedication to his family, academics, and character. Going to the SEC makes little sense based on that. A conference riddled with scandal and academic fraud, plenty of players with off field issues, and even more players that just view the schools as a stepping stone to a pro career. Look how Tyler Moore faired. Long story short, unless he is looking for a big payout, which he hasn't shown at all, the only way he skips town is if we run him out for not winning a national title after never winning less than 9 games every year.
