Pre-season Week 2 Miami Dolphins

Forgot to put this up sooner.

Improvement this week from last week - Our depth is starting to develop and we are seeing progress from our draft picks, the small school guys and UDFA and FA’s.

Saw a little more from Lazor’s offense as well.

Our LB corps is still iffy but the recipe for some good things is there. Our oline is improving and the young guys are stepping up

It was good to see the Fins' defense have a good game. Tampa Bay has a few stars that really shined in the game though. V Jackson is a 3 time pro bowler & made some plays & the rookie M Evans made some plays. However, the Fins played better vs the run & the Fins' got 5 sacks in the game. Grimes made the play of the game with the hustle play to save a touchdown. On offense the Bucs had another pro bowler that had a very good game; G. McCoy. D Thomas struggled but the question is will it take a top talent at DT to make him have a rough day? I don't know. B Turner played well but he wasn't guarding McCoy. The Fins will have an interesting decision to make at the RG position. The Fins Oline gave up only 1 sack the whole game so there were several players on the Fins' Oline that played well.

McCoy is a sick mother who will take a lot of men this year to school. Hopefully Thomas learns from this and gets better. Either way Smith deserves a shot so we'll see how he does.

Lots to like from this game the depth is very impressive...

Its only preseason. And McCoy is a bad man - he would have done that to anyone - People need to ease up on Thomas - He wouldve done that to anyone. Thomas is still a work in progress but is learning and has shown some good things.
