He should be shown the door rather quickly I feel. What has he done well since he has been here? Can anyone name one thing?

I agree with Harris/Magic not coming in and canning everyone immediately. That being said, to move forward, Rivera and Wright have to be let go. They simply have no future with this organization. I think Harris/Magic already have a list of who is leaving and who their targeted replacements are.

As new ownership takes over right before training camp, You have Rivera, Wright, Mayhew, Hurney, Rogers so my guess is Mayhew, Hurney and Rogers are let go immediately. Ron and Wright continue this season to "prove" themselves then decisions are made right after this season ends on GM and HC positions respectively.

My point is if you research what he did with other teams he did not come in and clean house. I know some people want him to but RR is here for at least one more year.
