I just remember Harden complaining about not having the ball, so they decide to move a great PG like Chris Paul off the ball and make him a spot up shooter to appease Harden.

Then when that wasn't enough they trade Paul for Westbrook. That was a complete disaster so Harden repays Fertitta by eating his way out of Houston and basically forcing them to trade him.

They have some really young talent and picks, but my concern is he'll let the stars run the team. I don't want another situation where guys like Clinton Portis and RG3 are running upstairs because they don't like the coach or how the offense is being run.

Fertitta allowed that to happen with Harden.

Like I said, hope I'm wrong.

I was not telling you he would be a good owner. You had the GM wrong and I just recently read they burned it down and acquired a bunch of picks.

I think if I had a choice I would like to see Harris as the new owner. I am leary of Bezos but you have to love his money.

You read my post wrong. Morey is the GM of the 76ers. I was commenting how Harris let's Morey do his job.

For the record I'll take him if it means no Dan Snyder. Rockets have a young team and if they get that kid Wemby they will be contenders soon.

I just didn't like how the whole Chris Paul thing went down. He's not a hands off owner and can be influenced by his stars more than most owners are.

That my friend is why I no longer watch the NBA. The players run the league now. They decide what teams they want to play for etc.

I'm not a huge fan of Silver. Better than the other two of course. He's making too many changes to the game imo.

On a positive note, Keim is reporting that two more potential buyers are scheduled to tour Redskins Park. Not sure anything is wrapped up at this point if two more people still have a tour scheduled.

What i like about Silver is that he has guts.
When Donald Stirling made his moronic and racist comments, Silver kicked his butt out. Not only was he kicked out...he was banned.

IMO, Silver would have banned Snyder already and we would not have been dealing with this nonsense. Just my opinion. He is the only commish who has guts. Manfred did little to nothing with the Astros and was a coward and Goodell is actually afraid of Snyder.

I'm a fan of a big market team, so I selfishly kind of Iike it. AD forcing his way to LA was okay with me. Lol

It feels like someone may have gotten the team. I could be wrong. It would be a huge gamble on Dan's part to go into the annual owners meeting on the 26th still in possession of this team.

Not sure if anyone has got the team yet but I think the other owners are going lean on Dan to sell.
