Really? I can think of quite a few states I'd never want to get drunk in. Mississippi, Alabama come to mind. I'd be afraid of hearing banjo music once I was drunk.

I have only vacationed in Maine (Its Vacationland!) but the parts I went to I really liked. I was there in the fall every time I have been there and I hear the summers are rough with humidity and bugs but otherwise I would think about moving there one day. You going to have room for an extended houseguest?
