If you like the spicy, try this:

Chop up one cucumber in thin slices
Chop up half a red pepper
One small red onion
One fresh jalapeno

throw that in a bowl with some vinegar, sugar, pepper, cilantro, and dill. Let it sit until it smells really good. Eat.
