The East has won 2 of 3 cups, I dont get the easier bit.
Thats a small sample size. The West has beaten the East in head to head for a while now, a few of the years it was pretty lopsided. I think this year was closer.

I am not ashamed... I live in a hybrid state, and for the fiftieth fucking time... eh forget it.

I guess it all depends on what type of hockey you like. Some teams are defensive minded and others are offensive pressure teams. It is key to what you like to see whether or not you stick to watching it. I would watch some games this season and then pick a team insead of picking one going in. I am a Pens fan, mainly due to being from the area. But I like wide open hockey, high scoring superstars. I wouldnt last as a devils fan.
esh...low blow
Pick the Islanders, Panthers, or Coyotes because there is an actual chance that they might move to Portland at some point.
I really wouldnt choose a team based in them moving, let alone moving to Portland. Even if a team did move soon, which I strongly doubt will happen, I tihnk Gary wants a team in Vegas, and if it went to the Northeast he'd go Seattle.
Buffalo is your best bet.
We need to know a little more about you for our files: do you want the team(s) you root for to be windshields or bugs?
Wait, what? :confused2:
I guess I live in the Northwest now... Did the Earth do a cartwheel or something?
