I thought growing old would take longer
You're right, don't do that. San Jose is probably second closest. That's much less suspicious.
He wants to root for an exciting team, you know, a winner.

You have a lot of nerve!
Go with Buffalo
or Winnipeg, new fan should go to new team.
As I am going to be an active follower and fan of the NHL this upcoming season I am looking for a team to follow. Also, I am going to purchase NHL '12 and play every single game of the season in a quest to win the Stanley Cup. As I haven't been much of a follower of hockey in the past just because I get focused on NFL and NBA I am trying to find a hockey team that I can become a fan of. Way back when I played NHL ESPN 2k5 I was the Edmonton Oilers, so im trying to pick between the Oilers, Penguins (as I am a Pirates fan, so mine as well stick within the city of Pitt) Buffalo and the Avalanche. I remember rooting for the Avs back in the late 90s. But that was probably because they were good. lol.
nah you get cocky when your team has the cup
Hey, Chicago. Shut it.
it's only bandwagoning if you only like them when they're good. If you stick them through good and bad times, you're a true fan.
I would respond but I'm too busy watching highlights of the 2010 western conference finals
Oh you're still mad about my little joke?
You make fun of me all the time!
I feel picking the Canucks would be a bandwagon move. Winnipeg makes sense with new fan new team.
Buffalo fans here would welcome you with open arms (or hooves as the case may be).
