Do you now concede that “the eagles are done”?

No, as stated in this thread they will likely have to win one, if not two of the 3 games @Raiders, @Denver and Saints in Philadelphia. So if they lose both of those team then they would be done.

3 receptions for 66 yards, longest reception of 47 yards, and a TD.

They are done… and Goedert is a poor mans Ertz.

He said this of the raiders earlier in this thread…

“started out good but are in full on decline (Raiders who they play next when that team is in full on controversy spiral and the Broncos).”

That “full on decline” team just spanked the eagles but he still thinks it’s possible that the eagles win 7 of the next 10

Not only is he better than Ertz and every GM feels that way but he will be getting a much larger contract than Ertz when they both enter free agency at the same time thus proving this.

Jalen Hurts has scored 43.4 percent of his fantasy points in the fourth quarter this season.

Hurts has become this generation's Blake Bortles, producing in garbage time on the ground and through the air in what's likely a lost season for Nick Sirriani and the Eagles. Hurts' rushing production has kept him afloat for fantasy purposes even when he's struggled as a passer: Only Lamar Jackson has more rushing yards than Hurts through seven weeks. He's gotten it done for those who drafted him in the middle rounds, but his early-game struggles could threaten his playing time if Sirriani has had enough and is willing to switch to Joe Flacco. Some improved first half play from Hurts against Detroit in Week 8 could go a long way to securing his spot atop the Eagles' QB depth chart.

hes just happy to have a QB

Zach Ertz caught 3-of-4 targets for 66 yards and one touchdown in the Cardinals' Week 7 win over the Texans.

Making his debut with the team after last week's trade, Ertz saw all four tight-end targets for Arizona and led the team with 66 yards. His touchdown was a wide-open 47-yarder over the middle, the longest touchdown of Ertz's storied career. Ertz will be a weekly back-end TE1 in Arizona and gets the Packers this coming Thursday night.

Then surely there will be a GM that gives a contract to Ertz better than what Goedert will receive.

Ertz got out just in time, the Eagles appear to be on the verge of a total collapse and rebuild.

Yup and I picked him up in FF like two weeks ago…..watch his numbers soar now that he has escaped impending doom…..

Didn't "every GM" also say Wentz was better than Dak... :noidea:

I like Goedert better, but that wouldn't prove that about this year at all. All it would prove is that going forward they prefer a younger Goedert for 3 plus years to an already over 30 Ertz

If Ertz is so good then surely he will be able to at least get a short term deal with better per year pay than Goedert.

Because that proves that every GM feels Goedert is better. :L

Yeah pretty much. Typically when you have two players available to you in free agency you offer the one that is better more money than the other.

I still think it's entirely possible RTK is PE1.
