Also, Adams blew the lead but he looks a lot more polished than the rest of the guys they throw out there. 2 innings, and the home run was the only baserunner.. Those kids they have been using give up a homer and fall apart and walk a bunch of people (or give up a few more homers, like Rosenberg)

The Dodgers looked reasonably shitty in the field. But the Phillies still earned the three wins with good hitting and relief. I really didn't think they'd do it. Now on the AZ with three starting high ERA RHPs.

They give up more runs, but AZ has more of a hitters park so the Phillies will need more runs to win there.

Also, right now the Phillies have to be very happy they didn't shell out 30 million for the next 3 years for Bronson Arroyo.

Yeah, Burnett's contract is comparably bad, but at least he is pitching well, not to mention the fact that there is a chance that his option doesn't vest, which would make it a pretty decent deal.
