These guys are actually good. I think the quick flight to MIA screwed up their timing. Nothing’s preventing the Phils from taking three in a row this weekend in Miami, I believe as an extreme optimist.

Yea. We seen and heard this before jvett. Just about every year since 2008. In 2008, we had way better pitching so a 4-6 start could be overcome as the pitching was the key. Now we lost three -in-a-row and the season is beginning down the wrong path because the Dildoes continue to ignore pitching. The season isn't over but as we had this discussion many times before, you set patterns of performance early on and don't fix your glaring weakness(s), you ain't going to magically flip a switch and suddenly become contenders no matter how much eternal optimism one can have. Just ask LeBron James.

I didn't realize the Marlins had this much power in their lineup this year. Soler, Cooper, Sanchez,Agilar, Avisail. Their park still favors the pitchers but they can do some damage on the road.

Nobody's panicking. There isn't a whole lot of evidence to suggest that the Dildoes will finally leave and the Phillies will return. So far, this ain't the 2008 Phillies no matter how badly fans want that to be a reality. Our Pitching continues to be a problem and now we have a supposed power offense in the shitter. Those are the facts and until the Dildoes remedy these weaknesses, we ain't going anywhere near a post-season.

We have had two runs added and the Fish scored twice but it looks like the power of offense found itself today. We will win this game fortunately.
