They signed a couple solid relievers to one year deals, which is about all you can ask for. The starting rotation, however is incredibly thin. You'd like to have at least 6 or 7 legitimate starters going into the season. I think we have 4.

On the serious side of things, Phils have nothing beyond Nola, Wheeler, and Eflin. So, reliever additions Familia, Hand, and Knebel will need to come through and relive their glory years.
