We talked a lot of trash in concert band. Not as much as in marching band. Nowhere near as much as we did in jazz band. Football, basketball, baseball, student council, Science Olympiad, BPA, Model UN, Musicals, NHS, powerlifting and Odyssey of the Mind were all tame compared to band. I was just happy I survived camp as a wide eyed naive freshman. The percussion section was some crazy motherfuckers. Kept my trumpet at my side as a weapon.
