I agree. I really like Lavy, but something isn't working. His system doesn't fit this current team and he either can't or won't change his philosophy to fit this team.

Realistically I think phillys flaws are really more structural (GM) that tactical (coaching) but unless ownership steps in the GM rarely fire themselves.
