That's right, I guess I was just thinking about defensive scoring, after all the bogus criticism for Kaep for the defense scoring twice and how that affects PPG (the criticism is bogus, not the affect on PPG, as much). Thanks for the fix.

I've got to complain a little bit about the national media here. I've read or heard several people talk about Alfonzo Dennard as if the Pats once again plucked a diamond out of the rough in the 7th round. It's like this Dennard guy was some small-school prospect who no one knew about. It's just ridiculous. Dennard was projected by MANY as a first-round pick until he completely imploded in the months before the draft. He's basically Alex Boone with a better senior season. Who that follows this process at all isn't well aware of Dennard?

Now, the Pats deserve some credit for taking a chance on him and keeping him in line, but it's not like this guy came out of nowhere or that it's really all that shocking that he's starting given the issues they've had at CB.

Without a professional quarterback the Bears are a scrub team. Their D is ot all its cracked up to be anyway. Without turnovers they are no better than average.

No, but when a team goes 3 and out on every possession the opposition gets a lot of chances and we all know its much easier to play from ahead than it is from behind. Kaepernick played well against the Bears though; very well in fact.

I hope Manningham can play effectively but I'd rather he sit this one out if he's not ready yet and may reinjure himself by playing to soon. Then they might lose him for the playoffs.
