Not a ref complaint per se, but the Packers have routinely put a guy in motion arcing back behind the RB, who is then running back towards the LOS in a circular/arcing motion. It has never in the past been legal to be moving towards the LOS before the snap, but they have done it several times with no reaction from the refs. Is this just a missed call, or a rule change? Or possibly just a kind of lossening of the rules where it's not really legal, but not being called unless egregious?

Yeah, they usually don't call it when you are well behind the line at the snap.
