True but it could have also been the ball boys getting pissed off at brady for continually whining about how his balls aren't quite right and the refs either missed it or let it go because they were sick of it too. Who knows but it did happen for a reason.

That's why I stated that when Goodell heard the appeal the two ball boys should have been questioned, then I said the Judge should have questioned them under oath. If they said Brady had nothing to do with it CASE CLOSED. Jastremski is the ONE person who know for sure who is all involved.

This is my opinion. If you read about Mike Kensil's involvement in this, even you would have to wonder about his agenda. I have been saying this since the beginning. I would like to see Kensil's head roll. Goodell is just doing the owners bidding......
To be honest I don't think that the league even wanted everything to come out as it just smells bad all around. The last thing that they want is the integrity of the game being questioned...this is minor but there is probably a lot worse out there that was never mentioned. Why do you think RG destroyed the spygate tapes? He didn't want anyone seeing what was actually on them....

All Wells wanted was the texts from the "Destroyed" phone. You know the phone he that was destroyed because it was "COMMON PRACTICE", yet some how he had two other older phones that were not destroyed. What did the common practice begin that day?
The judge is not allowed to retry the case. He was to rule on the process - not the findings. If he ruled on the findings, his judgment would be overturned in appeal by NFL.

I think being during the game is what changed things. No different then playing with an illegal bat to gain an advantage. RG definitely went overboard probably because they usually cut these penalties in half to appease both parties. He probably would have but brady wouldn't admit that he was involved so they went for his throat.
