Somehow with an "air-tight" CBA the NFL continues to lose in the real justice system.

You'd think they might start reviewing their procedures or something?

You are correct it's all about the procedures that were used but it has nothing to do with Brady being innocent. You guys need to wrap your head around that....Bradys rep is still tainted.

This was a case of the NFL (namely RG) being too heavy handed with his punishment and when given a chance to scale it back to something more appropriate, they scoffed thinking they had ALL the chips in their pocket...to be honest I thought that as well.

As it turns out...Brady had a few chips of his own....the NFL shouldn't, but they will probably appeal...either way...we will likely see Brady week 1...sobeit!!!
