Not at all, kid made a mistake. I was just pointing out it's not as bad as it looks. Mixon just can't play this year, so it's kind of like he's redshirting, although he does lose a year.

I guess it could be worse but, with no more than we really know right now, you really can't ask for much more. If I've read correctly, he's been removed from all team activities too. That's a decent chunk of experience en sech to miss.

If he sticks around. We'll see about that. Fortunately, Oklahoma is loaded at running back so this doesn't hurt as bad as if it were someone like Sterling Shepard or Duron Neal. We lose any WR's and we're in big trouble.

Not sure he ever plays at OU. Good chance he transfers. He left home and is gone a couple weeks and his future is in jeopardy. Nothing against OU, it could have happened anywhere but I wouldn't be surprised to see him go closer to home even if he wins the case.

I could easily see him leaving as well. What I'm thinking is Mixon sits out this year and if any two of Ford, Ross, and Perine absolutely tear it up he's going to be looking at them asking where he's going to get his carries. I could see him leaving then.
