I'd be very curious to hear the argument of his representative given that (1) the evidence is clear as day and (2) he's already done this... twice!

I would think FIFA would make the appeal happen quickly before the next round begins.

I would guess not given the nature of the suspension. Apparently Suarez himself can't appeal the suspension, only the fine.
